General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1 Area of application

These general conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all contracts, services, deliveries and other services of the micro-enterprise Sandra's style, owner Sandra Bohner-De Caro, hereinafter Sandra's style vis-à-vis its customers and business partners (hereinafter:;customer). The version of the GTC in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract always applies.
Deviating provisions of these conditions do not form part of the contract, unless these deviating conditions are expressly acknowledged or confirmed in writing by Sandra's style.
Declarations and announcements with legal significance which must be made by the customer to Sandra's style after the conclusion of the contract (e.g. setting a deadline, notification of defects, declaration of withdrawal or reduction) require the written form to be valid.

2 Object of the contract

By making an appointment for the performance of a service offered by Sandra's style, my general conditions automatically come into force.
These conditions are accepted and apply as soon as the appointment is made.

3 Prizes

The prices indicated on www.sandras-style.com are valid for the offers and prices indicated on all the pages which present the services and products.
The agreed prices are payable at the end of the treatment.
Payments must be made on site in cash or credit/bank cards. This also applies to sales of products or gift vouchers.

Sandra's style reserves the right to change prices at any time,with the price quoted at the time of appointment being the current price.
Sandra's style may request a deposit of €150.00 for the services of Microblading, Permanent make-up, Microneedling, Plasma pen. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking or presented in cash. The deposit is taken into account in the final price.

The deposit paid is not refundable. However, if something unexpected happens to your appointment, we can gladly reschedule it once without the deposit being lost.Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

4 Participation and behavior of the client

Before the treatment, the client is obliged to spontaneously report important illnesses of which he is aware, in particular skin diseases or intolerances, allergies (including to synthetic fibers and perfumes), etc., as well as existing pregnancy and d other circumstances of which he is aware and which could lead to damage.
The client is required to comply with the care and risk instructions and the remarks concerning the subsequent treatment sent to him by Sandra's style, in particular to use only authorized care or cosmetic products, to avoid excessive sun exposure or other inappropriate treatment.

Express reference is made to the client information and informed consent which must be read carefully and signed by the client before each permanent make-up / Microblading / Microneedling / Plasma pen treatment.
Sandra's style ce reserves the right to refuse certain pigmentations that are not compatible with our philosophy or for which we decline responsibility.

The client as well as any accompanying persons undertake to adopt appropriate behavior during their visit to the studio. If, after a warning, the person still does not behave appropriately, I have the right to expel the person concerned from the studio and, if necessary, to issue a ban on access to the studio.
Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse treatment to persons with abnormalities, such as under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5 The meetings

Agreed appointments are mandatory.
Waiting times for appointments are possible up to 15 minutes.
If an agreed appointment cannot be honored due to illness/accident, this must be supported by a medical certificate/police report. In this case, a new appointment can be fixed without a new deposit.
In case of lateness of the customer to the appointed appointment, the customer must inform Sandra's style immediately.

6 Disclaimer

Sandra's style cannot be held responsible if the customer suffers damage following a service based on information provided by the customer and which proves to be insufficient or incorrect. This refers in particular, but not exclusively, to physical conditions, medical or medication conditions or activities outside Sandra's style premises.  Sandra's style is not responsible for the loss or the destruction of the customer's personal items that have been brought into the premises.

7 Damage and theft

 

Sandra's style has the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by the customer. Shoplifting will be reported.

8 Protection of data, brands and images

The customer assures that he will transmit to Sandra's style all data and personal information relevant for the professional processing of the requested service.
The customer is aware and agrees that the personal data necessary for the execution of the contract will be recorded and used and stored only for the purpose of the service to be provided. The customer expressly consents to the collection, processing and use of his personal data. The stored personal data is treated by Sandra's style confidentially in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act. The data is not passed on to third parties or, in exceptional cases, only with the express consent of the customer.
The customer has the right to revoke his consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, Sandra's style is required to immediately delete the customer's personal data.
Sandra's style  logo and images used are copyrighted and may not be used elsewhere without permission from Sandra's style.

9 Liability for links

The Sandra's style website contains links to external websites of third parties, on the content of which we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for these external contents either. The provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked at the time the link was created to ensure that they did not violate any law. No illegal content was identified at the time of linking.

A permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is however not due without concrete indications of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any violation of law, we will immediately remove the affected links.

 

 

10 Vouchers (gift certificate) Promotions and special offers

​

Gift vouchers (vouchers) are only valid for the services mentioned therein and cannot be exchanged for cash. Change cannot be returned. In case of loss of a Sandra's style voucher, no replacement is possible.
The voucher is not transferable to another person.
The validity of the vouchers is 1 year from the date of issue.
